Getting Email Delivered

This is how we ensure our clients get the best possible email delivery.

  1. Email Authentication – every email is digitally signed in order to validate it in the eyes of ISPs and corporate mail servers.
  2. Bounce Management – we make sure undeliverable email addresses are managed properly and not re-sent to. Avoids blacklisting and blocks.
  3. Whitelisting – we have relationships with ISPs like Yahoo that ensure inbox delivery for Yahoo and BT hosted accounts.
  4. Spam checks – performed in conjunction with render tests these allow you to identify which spam filters, if any, will tag your email as spam.
  5. Certification – clients that qualify can enter certification programs with external suppliers such as Return Path.
