Sending Spam will get your account terminated.
At Mailvivo we are actively aware of all the challenging issues surrounding privacy legislation and compliance when dealing with ISPs, customers and end users. As a result we have developed a strictly enforced anti-spam policy to protect and establish trust between our customers, their subscribers and ourselves.
Zero tolerance protection
As an online service that enables
the broadcast of email communications, Mailvivo
is very sensitive to issues regarding unwanted emails
and Spam. We work with all of our customers to make
sure they understand and abide by common principles
of email protocol and "opt-in" policy.
The Mailvivo Helpdesk actively monitors outgoing
emails to verify our policies are being maintained.
In addition we maintain Spam feedback loops with
major ISPs to monitor Spam complaints. Any customer
found to be using Mailvivo for sending
Spam, exceeding the 0.25% threshold, will be immediately
cut-off from use of the
product. If you have received unwanted or
unsolicited email, please notify us immediately
at abuse@mailvivo.com.
Opt-in Tools
We take the issue of unwanted email seriously and
provide the necessary tools within our technology
to help assure and enforce the "opt-in"
nature of the service. These include a remove link
at the bottom of every message and opt-out protection.
Remove link
In every email sent, recipients have the option
to remove themselves from further comunications.
By clicking on this link they will be presented
with the option to confirm their unsubscripton from
the lists on which their email address is held in
the sender's opt-in database.
Opt-out protection
When an email address is removed, the system remembers
exactly who opted-out and can prevent this person
from receiving any future communications from that
sender.
Reporting Spam
