Price negotiations

We have an open pricing policy at Mailvivo. You can download our pricing sheets via the Products & Pricing page.

Our services are priced on a per subscriber basis that we feel offers our clients the most effective way to regularly target, activate and get proactive support on their marketing campaigns.

Pricing is tiered at different levels with an approach that encourages us to support subscriber growth, that in turn acts as the catalyst for revenue generation in your business.

We offer a flat-rate fee with inclusive features, support and system upgrades. So whether your company is Fortune 500 or just starting out, we respect your right to enjoy the same benefits as every other one of our customers.

We also affirm in your right to enjoy a contract-free environment leaving you the option to cancel the account at any time, on a 30 day notice period. This way the emphasis is very much on us to prove ourselves to you each and every month, moving the platform forward, listening to customer feedback.

If you need to send one-off type campaigns that will exceed your monthly subscription band we offer an excess emails route. Priced at less than 1p per email this gives you the flexibility required for ad-hoc sends at a sensible cost.

For clients taking assisted set-up there are often promotional offers available when combining services. You need simply to ask.

In short, there is no price negotiation, just fair pricing available to all.
